PAYMENT METHODS
You could choose to pay from any of the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery

  • Cash payment is made at the time of receiving the product. This type of money transaction is only available on selected areas nationwide.
  • The total cash payment should be in exact amount. The courier cannot provide any change nor accept other forms of payment such as checks, vouchers, gifts certificates, etc.
  • Purchase order will not be released once the customer fails to pay the exact amount and present the required document.
  • Meet ups are not allowed. Furthermore, in any case that the product will be received by another person, authorization letter together with the buyer and representative’s ID will be required.

HOW TO BUY

  1. Choosing your product title.
    • Browse in the category menu or mouseover for your product title or;
    • Search the producttitle in the Query Box.
  2. Checking the Product Information
    • Click the photo for product description and details.
    • Enter your product quantity then press “Add to Cart” button.
  3. Shopping Cart
    • Click “Go to Cart” button.
    • Click “Update Shopping” if you need to review your purchased titles or “Continue Shopping” if you wish to browse more products.
  4. Estimating Shipping
    • Click “Estimate Shopping” if you want to determine the shipping cost and details; otherwise, you may proceed to check out.
  5. Checking Out
    • Read and click the terms and conditions.
    • Click the “Check out” button.
    • You can pick up your items at the store by clicking the “In-store Pickup” button or;
    • Select a shipping address from your address book or enter a new address if you want your items to be delivered.
    • Press the “Continue button”.
    • Select your shipping method.
    • Press the “Continue button”
    • Choose your payment method. You will be directed to the payment portal.
    • Review ALL the details before you press the confirm button.
    • Please take note of your Order Number. This will serve as your tracking number.
  6. Confirming your Order
    • You will receive an order confirmation through email.
    • Delivery updates will be sent via email and SMS.

DELIVERY
After placing your order, an order number and confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address. Once the order has been verified, it will be processed immediately and will be schedule for delivery.

Shipment of items for provincial areas will be handled by trusted couriers. Expect delivery items within 5-10 working days.

Notes for “Cash on Delivery” Purchases

    • Metro Manila
    • Bulacan – Balagtas , Bocaue , Guiguinto, Malolos City, Marilao, Plaridel , Meycauayan City, San Jose del Monte City and Sta.Maria.
    • Cavite – Amadeo, Bacoor City, Carmona, Cavite City, Dasmarinas City, GMA, Gen. Trias, Imus City, Indang, Kawit, Mendez , Naic , Noveleta, Silang, Tanza, TreceMartirez City.
    • Laguna-Binan City, Cabuyao City, Calamba City, San Pedro City and Sta. Rosa City.
    • Rizal-Angono, Antipolo City, Cainta, Binangonan, Rodriquez, Taytay, San Mateo, Cardona, Jalajala, Tanay and Teresa.
  • The total cash payment should be in exact amount. The courier cannot provide and change nor accept other forms of payment such as checks, vouchers, gift certificates, etc.
  • Purchased order will not be released once the customer fails to pay the exact amount and present the required document.

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

RETURN

Here are the lists of acceptable reason for return:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item delivered

Please email our Customer Service team at onlinestore@wspacific.com.ph with the ff:

  • Photo/s of the damaged item/s
  • Photo/s of the wrong item delivered
  • Order Number
  • Date of Arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the damage

When you want to return an order, you have sever (7) working days upon

Receipt of the item/s to inform our Customer Service team and initiate the return to our head office at 3260 V. Mapa St. Sta. Mesa, Manila.

REFUND

Once the refund request are approved, we will process the refund based on your preferred mode of refund. Refunds via Credit Cards, Bank Deposit and Remittances may take 7-15 banking days.

EXCHANGE

Learning is Fun will shoulder shipping costs of damaged and wrong delivered item/s for exchange or replacement.
